The tasks that are associated with being a Christian are talked about often. Prayer, bible reading, community, and the like are all important. But when approached as a task to complete rather than a means to deepen a relationship or an opportunity to be sanctified, we end up walking down the road of self-righteousness. It's the attitude in which we give our time and efforts that makes all the difference. In all of those "tasks" - having open hands makes all the difference.
